As residential care providers, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Your goal will be to create a nurturing, family-like environment that supports the physical, emotional, and educational needs of each student. To achieve this, you will work closely with colleagues and students to develop and implement individualized plans that promote academic success, social development, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
Couples will be responsible for managing household responsibilities, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. They will also oversee daily routines, including homework time, meal times, and bedtime routines. Additionally, they will lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily activities and guiding their education.
