What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family-Like Structure for Students position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will live on campus and guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students, creating a family-like structure that fosters growth and development. You will provide daily care and supervision, ensuring the physical and emotional needs of your assigned students are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and supervision to students.
- Develop and maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with students, families, and school administrators.
