What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family-Like Structure for Students position at Milton Hershey School?
Flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School play a vital role in providing a family-like structure for students in pre-K through 12th grade. As a married couple, you will live on-campus and work together to create a supportive and caring environment for approximately 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily tasks, driving, and administering medication. You will also have the opportunity to participate in chapel services and lead students in daily devotions. To be eligible for this position, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and high school diploma or GED are also required.
