What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family-Like Structure for Students position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a married couple to serve as full-time houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a warm and supportive environment that helps our students thrive academically and personally.
You will live on-campus with your spouse and work together to develop daily routines, manage household activities, and provide transportation to school and off-campus events. Your role will also involve:
- Leading students in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services
- Participating in staff meetings and staying connected with our community
- Abiding by our campus policies and expectations
