House Parent Role and Responsibilities
As House Parents, couples will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle various responsibilities such as:
- Driving
- Administering medication
- Budgeting
- Reporting
- Managing household responsibilities
They will work closely with students to promote personal growth and development, and ensure a safe and supportive living environment.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy
- Limitations on pets
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
