About the Position
This unique role offers an opportunity for married couples to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students. As a flex houseparent, you will work closely with your spouse to provide a family-like structure and support students in their educational and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily guidance and support to students
- Assisting with student transportation, medication administration, and other tasks
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services
Requirements
- Prior experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Age 27 or older, with both spouses meeting specific qualifications
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Limits on pets apply
