What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family-Like Structure Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking experienced married couples to join our team as Youth Development Specialists at Milton Hershey School. As houseparents, you will provide a stable family-like structure for students, guiding and nurturing them in their personal and academic development.
Responsibilities include managing daily household duties, supervising students, and administering medication. You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services, promoting a sense of community and spiritual growth.
