Milton Hershey School is seeking a unique team of married couples to act as Family Living Coaches. As Flex Houseparents, they will provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, creating a nurturing environment that fosters personal growth and development.
The successful candidates will reside on campus in student homes, managing daily responsibilities and contributing to the school's mission of providing a career-focused education to its students. They will be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, among other tasks.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
