Family Living Coordinators for Young Adults are needed at Milton Hershey School to provide a supportive environment for our students. As Houseparents, you will live on-campus and manage various responsibilities, including mentoring students and administering care.

Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
We abide by a strict policy regarding pets, and valid driver's licenses are required. Couples must be certified to drive student home vans.
