Job Description
We are seeking married couples to become Flex House Parents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of 8-12 students. As a Flex House Parent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Your daily schedule will include a period of personal time while students are at school, with a balance of nine days on followed by three days off. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
