What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Living Supervisors position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking Family Living Supervisors to join our team and provide a family-like structure and support system for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As Family Living Supervisors, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting with your spouse.
You will be involved in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services, helping to create a supportive community that fosters growth and development. We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and you should have a valid driver's license.
You will need to become certified to drive student home vans and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You will also have access to paid training and a three-week paid summer vacation.
If you are looking for a career path that takes consideration and commitment from both spouses, we encourage you to apply.
