What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Mentors position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill the role of Family Mentors. In this unique position, you will provide a nurturing home environment for disadvantaged students, residing on campus and guiding them through daily life.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years.
As a Family Mentor, you will be responsible for providing support, education, and mentorship to groups of 8-12 students. You will work together as a team to create a family-like structure, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
