Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for disadvantaged students in a family-like setting.
As Flex Houseparents, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of 8-12 students, ensuring their well-being and overseeing daily responsibilities. You will work collaboratively with your spouse to create an enriching experience for the students, receiving competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
You will lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. As role models for the students, you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and complete individual employment applications.
