Milton Hershey School is seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to become Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a supportive and loving environment.
Job Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
Responsibilities:
- Drive, administer medication, budget, report, and handle other responsibilities related to the care and well-being of our students
- Work closely with the school's administration and staff to ensure the well-being and success of our students
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
