About the Role
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as full-time caregivers for student homes. In this role, you will provide a consistent family structure for students and help them achieve their academic goals.
The ideal candidate couple will:
- Care for a group of 8-12 students in a residential setting
- Handle responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in physical activities
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
