What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Structure Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years, and both spouses should be age 27 or older.
You will also need to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets. Valid driver's licenses are required, and you must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for our students.
