What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Structure Specialists position at Milton Hershey School?

As part of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students, helping them grow and develop into confident and capable individuals.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily activities, ensuring student welfare, and handling various tasks such as driving, administering medication, and reporting. To excel in this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Additionally, both spouses must meet specific requirements, including being age 27 or older and completing an individual employment application. A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. We also require that both spouses be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
