Job Description
As a family structure specialist, you and your spouse will live on campus and provide a nurturing environment for 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, budgeting, administering medication, and leading daily devotions. You will also take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
