We are seeking married couples to join our team as Family-Style Housing Managers at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you and your spouse will provide a family-like environment for students in a residential setting. Your responsibilities will include managing household responsibilities, guiding daily activities, and supporting students' educational journey.
You will also be responsible for handling tasks such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, while also supporting students' academic progress. Key qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and both spouses being age 27 or older.
