Milton Hershey School is a community that values family and relationships. As Family Support Advisors, you will work together with your spouse to provide a nurturing environment and guide daily activities for 8-12 students.
Responsibilities include managing transportation, medication administration, and budgeting, as well as providing a consistent family-like structure for students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
