Job Description:
As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home and guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will be responsible for providing a consistent family-like structure for the students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
