Milton Hershey School is seeking a Family Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Family Support Coordinator, you will work with married couples to provide guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be able to demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. They should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing a family-like environment, administering medications, and participating in daily activities while maintaining a smoke-free and weapon-free space.
