The ideal candidate will provide guidance and support to our students, creating a family-like atmosphere and fostering a nurturing environment. This role requires married couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and nurture students in a group setting
- Manage various responsibilities while residing on campus
- Provide consistent family-like structure for students
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Must be married with at least 2 years of marriage
- Age 27 or older
