Job Description:
Flex houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for students. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. This role requires couples to work collaboratively and engage actively in students' lives, fostering their growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. The couple should have been legally married for at least two years, be at least 27 years old, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
