Milton Hershey School is a world-renowned private school that provides an exceptional education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will live on campus and provide a family-like structure for students, guiding, nurturing, and supporting them in their academic and personal growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Valid driver's licenses are required, as well as the ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will work closely with your spouse to provide daily care and support to students. This includes leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You will also handle responsibilities such as transportation, health management, and budgeting.
