Job Role
As a Flex Houseparent, you will live on-campus with your spouse and work together to create a family-like environment for students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Reside in on-campus student homes with your spouse
- Develop and maintain a family-like structure for students
- Drive students to appointments and activities
- Administer medication and perform other responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Experience working with youth
- Must be married couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
