Family Support Coordinators

Providing a nurturing environment for disadvantaged students is at the heart of our mission. As Houseparents, you and your spouse will play a vital role in guiding these young individuals in their daily activities and education.

Couples serve in on-campus homes, ensuring the welfare of 8-12 students while managing various responsibilities including driving, budgeting, and providing emotional support. This unique role requires a commitment from both spouses, offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

About the Role

We are seeking married couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED.

The ideal candidate couple will be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. They must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.

Responsibilities

As Houseparents, you and your spouse will be responsible for:

• Providing a family-like environment for 8-12 students
• Managing student behavior and academic progress
• Coordinating daily activities, including meals, homework, and free time
• Driving students to appointments and activities
• Administering medication and handling emergencies
• Budgeting and managing household expenses
• Reporting student progress and concerns to school administrators
