At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking a unique and dedicated couple to join our team as Family Support Coordinators. As a House Parent at our school, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and structured family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities include guiding, supervising, and supporting 8-12 students while managing various daily responsibilities. This position requires a high level of integrity, emotional maturity, and the ability to work collaboratively with your spouse to provide a stable and loving home environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
