Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents and play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. As part of our team, you will live on campus and work together to create a supportive and inclusive environment for our students.
Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and support, managing household chores, and participating in our comprehensive benefits package. You will also have the opportunity to take advantage of our relocation assistance and paid training programs.
To be eligible for this position, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be comfortable leading daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must meet certain qualifications, including a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
