Job Description
You will reside on campus and provide a family-like structure for a group of 8-12 students, handling various responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and day-to-day care.
The position requires flexibility, patience, and a commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Reside on campus and provide a family-like structure for students
- Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Be age 27 or older
- Not have more than three dependent children residing in the student home
