What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Support Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. In this rewarding role, you will provide guidance and support to a group of students from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them to thrive in their personal and academic lives.
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will be responsible for creating a family-like environment in one of our student homes. This will involve providing essential support, including driving, medication administration, and budgeting, while also leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including relocation assistance and paid training. Our unique career path takes consideration and commitment from both spouses, but offers a high degree of autonomy and flexibility.
Key qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and a willingness to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy. We are looking for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and who can demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for our students.
If you and your spouse are interested in this opportunity, please submit your individual employment applications. We look forward to hearing from you.
