Supporting Students in a Family-Like Environment
Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as House Parents, providing a nurturing and stable environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As part of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a group of 8-12 students, ages 5-18, who reside in on-campus homes.
The ideal candidate couple will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. They should be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Sunday chapel services, while upholding the school's Judeo-Christian values.
- Salary: $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
