As Family Support Partners at Milton Hershey School, you and your spouse will reside on campus and serve as role models for a group of 8-12 students. Your primary responsibilities will include creating a family-like environment, administering care, and managing household tasks. - Salary: $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple)

- Schedule: 9 days on followed by 3 days off
- Three-week paid summer vacation
To succeed in this role, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. This is a two-person job that requires both spouses to be age 27 or older, with no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also essential requirements.
We welcome applications from couples who are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A high school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
