Job Overview
We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will reside on-campus and provide a family-like structure for a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will be responsible for guiding and nurturing the students, handling daily responsibilities such as driving and administering medication, and working closely with other staff members to ensure the students' physical, emotional, and academic well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to students in a family-like environment
- Assist students with daily living tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation
- Transport students to school and extracurricular activities
- Administer medication and handle student medical needs
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
Requirements
- Couple must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license required
- Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and commitment to fostering a supportive living experience for students
