Job Description
We are seeking two-person teams to serve as flex houseparents in our residential program. Flex houseparents provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. They also lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Proselytizing is prohibited.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to chapel services. Couples must also be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA, and abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
