Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As a family support provider, you will guide and nurture a group of 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
This unique career path takes consideration and commitment from both spouses. You will lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. High school diploma or GED is required, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
