Job Description
As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc., and participate in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and educational mentorship to students
- Support students in daily activities, including homework and personal care
