We are seeking dedicated and compassionate couples to join our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our students.
You will be responsible for managing daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Flex houseparents work closely with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is highly desirable.
Couples must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and have a valid driver's license. Ability to become certified to drive student home vans is also required. We offer a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and pets are limited to fish and one dog of approved breeds.
