As a Houseparent, you and your spouse will work together to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and are both 27 or older. The position offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a structured schedule.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a family-like environment, overseeing daily activities, and supporting students academically and emotionally. They will also be required to handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, the couple will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
