Job Description
The Youth Development Specialist position involves serving as flex houseparents, residing on campus with a group of students in a family-like structure. You will be responsible for providing nurturing guidance and support to students, as well as managing household budgets and finances.
You will also lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services, promoting a positive and faith-based environment. Your spouse will be your partner in this role, working together to create a safe and supportive environment for students.
We are looking for couples who have experience working with youth, preferably from underserved backgrounds. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and have a valid driver's license. We require both spouses to complete an individual employment application.
