About the Opportunity
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Development Specialists at Milton Hershey School. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their academic and personal growth, providing a family-like environment, and overseeing a group of students. You will also be required to fulfill daily responsibilities, lead students in daily devotions, and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple.

- A schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including a period of personal time while students are at school.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
- Legally married for at least two years.
- Age 27 or older.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
