We are seeking a Family Support Specialist to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will reside in on-campus student homes with your spouse, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings, and be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
