We are seeking married couples to join our team as Youth Development Specialists at Milton Hershey School. As a household parent, you will be responsible for providing a supportive and loving environment for students in need.
In this role, you will work closely with your partner to create a family-like atmosphere, engage in daily devotions, and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities
- Support a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like environment
- Manage daily activities and ensure a stable living situation
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students
