The Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youth and a strong commitment to their partner.
About the Role
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will work closely with your partner to provide a consistent and supportive environment for the students.
