This role offers married couples the opportunity to become flex houseparents, providing a family-like structure for our students. As a Youth Development Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students, providing a consistent daily routine and structure for them.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
