We are looking for a skilled and experienced couple to fill the role of Family Support Specialists at Milton Hershey School. In this position, you will reside in one of our student homes and provide a consistent family-like structure for a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the physical, emotional, and educational needs of the students are met.
As Family Support Specialists, you will work together with your partner to handle responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, and providing medical care when needed. You will also be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
