As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will live in an on-campus student home and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students. This role involves providing a consistent family-like structure for students, handling daily responsibilities, and participating in weekly activities.
The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
