We are seeking a Family Support Specialist couple to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School.
In this role, you will work closely with a group of students, guiding and supporting them in their academic and personal development. You will also be responsible for managing household responsibilities, including meal planning and preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with each student, helping them develop life skills, and promoting a sense of belonging and security within the home.
