Serving as a Youth Development Leader at Milton Hershey School
Milton Hershey School is seeking caring couples to join our team as flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing them with a consistent family-like structure and support. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure the students' physical, emotional, and academic well-being.
About the Position
This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to serving others. You and your spouse will be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive environment for the students. You will also participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

Requirements
* Experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings* Legally married couple with at least two years of marriage* Both spouses must be 27 or older* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.* Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans* High school diploma or GED
