Providing a Nurturing Environment for Youth
The Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a family-like structure for students in our care. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students, handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and maintaining a structured living space.

Becoming a Flex Houseparent
As a flex houseparent, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. This requires flexibility and adaptability, but also offers opportunities to build meaningful relationships with students and staff.
We are looking for couples who have been legally married for at least two years, with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.

- Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)
